Individual Mental Health Counseling

Parkdale Center offers one-on-one counseling for individuals and families, adults and adolescents. Our counselors don’t only treat Parkdale Center patients or those suffering from substance use disorders. Our counseling services are open to anyone. 

Our in-office treatment is provided by counselors trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, behavioral challenges, life adjustments or transitions, Choice Theory, and family systems.
