Claudia Garcia, MBA, BSN, RN, LAC

Claudia Garcia is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Parkdale Center, a dual-diagnosis addiction treatment center specializing in the treatment of impaired healthcare professionals. Claudia also assumed the role of Executive Director of the Indiana Professionals Recovery Program and the West Virginia Restore Program.

Claudia brings more than 20 years of direct patient care experience, along with extensive managerial and recruitment experience. Throughout her career, she has focused on the research and development of programs, policies, and procedures designed to improve patient outcomes while maintaining employer compliance.

Claudia earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA), graduating with honors, with a focus on healthcare administration and a specialization in assisting professionals in need.

In addition to her professional experience, Claudia has firsthand knowledge of addiction and recovery through the perspective of a non-addicted loved one and family member. This personal experience has given her a unique understanding of the challenges, emotions, and circumstances families often encounter while supporting a loved one through addiction and recovery.

Her training as a Registered Nurse (RN), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), combined with her personal and intimate understanding of the experiences of family members, has helped Claudia develop one of the most seamless, comprehensive, and resourceful family programs in the country.

Claudia’s combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership, and personal understanding continues to guide her commitment to supporting professionals and their families throughout the recovery process.
