Tori Smits, LSW

Tori Smits holds a Master of Social Work from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois Chicago. A licensed social worker specializing in mental health and addiction, Tori brings more than 16 years of therapeutic experience working with individuals, families, and children, including over a decade as a licensed professional in the field.

Tori is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapeutic approach used to help individuals process trauma and other distressing life experiences.

Passionate about helping others create meaningful and lasting change, Tori takes a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. She works alongside each client to identify their individual goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical, manageable steps toward improved well-being and long-term growth.
