LaShania Ellison

As Practice Manager and member of Parkdale’s leadership team, LaShania Ellison plays an integral role in keeping the organization running smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. Since joining Parkdale in 2016, she has grown alongside the organization and become a trusted resource for both leadership and staff.

LaShania holds an Associate of Science degree in Surgical Technology and spent several years working in the medical field before bringing her experience, organization, and dedication to Parkdale. Having personally witnessed loved ones struggle with addiction, she understands the challenges that patients and their families may face throughout the recovery journey. This personal connection to Parkdale’s mission brings an added level of compassion and purpose to her work.

Working closely with Parkdale’s CEO and leadership team, LaShania oversees and supports a wide range of operational and administrative functions, including human resources, recruitment and hiring, employee scheduling, payroll coordination, contractor and intern management, accounting support, purchasing and supplies, and CARF compliance efforts. Known for her ability to manage the many moving pieces behind the scenes, LaShania is committed to supporting Parkdale’s team and helping create an environment where both employees and patients can thrive.
