Amy is a Master of Social Work graduate from Indiana University South Bend with over four years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping people navigate recovery, mental health, and personal growth with compassion and authenticity.
During her clinical work, Amy provided both individual and group therapy for adults facing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. She uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, meeting people where they are and helping them uncover their strengths and resilience.
Amy primarily draws from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Strengths-Based approaches. She values collaboration and works to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Amy believes healing happens through connection, trust, and empowerment. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build healthy coping skills, and rediscover hope on their journey forward.
