As a licensed clinical social worker, Lauren is committed to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and substance use disorders—often interrelated struggles that can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply impact day-to-day functioning and overall well-being.
Lauren prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She believes in meeting each person where they are, honoring their unique story, and helping them move toward the life they want to live. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Through these modalities, she helps clients develop practical tools, gain emotional insight, and build greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Indianapolis and has been practicing for the past six years. Her professional experience spans a variety of settings, including adolescent and adult outpatient therapy, adolescent residential treatment centers, and adolescent and adult correctional facilities.
Whether someone is seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, Lauren is dedicated to walking alongside them on their journey toward healing and growth. She works to uncover the root causes of distress and helps clients build effective coping strategies that foster resilience, self-awareness, and long-term change.
