Kaylie Bartels, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Kaylie Bartles has been serving individuals as a dedicated clinician since 2017. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Indiana University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Kentucky. Her clinical focus includes trauma, addiction, codependency, attachment wounds, and emotional dysregulation.

Kaylie is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trained in the Post Induction Therapy (PIT) model, which emphasizes healing from developmental and relational trauma. At the core of utilizing an integrative approach is Kaylie’s deep belief in the power of connection and authenticity where her work often centers on inner child healing and uncovering the roots of long-standing codependent patterns.

Kaylie has supported both adolescents and adults across a wide variety of clinical settings such as substance use treatment centers, correctional facilities, and outpatient therapy. Known for fostering a therapeutic space that is grounded, collaborative and based on empathy, honesty, and gentle humor, Kaylie brings both warmth and clinical depth to her practice. Her compassionate, client-centered approach helps individuals build self-awareness and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
